100% satisfied guarantee 14 days from purchase
Bestchip only wants satisfied customers. That is why we give you 14 days to test both our products and us as a supplier. You don't need a reason to return your product to us! The items will of course need to be in 100% condition including scratches and dirt.
Returns
In all cases of wrong orders, whether it's the customer or Bestchip who made the error, the items must first be returned to us before we can send the correct item(s).
Return procedure
Used with "14 days 100% satisfied" or with product fault/error.
1. Return the item to:
Soerlandets bil og import as, c/o Bestchip, Postboks 28, 4684 BRENNAASEN, NORWAY
within 14 days of received goods.
2. Remember to attach both the order number and your full name so we can register your return.
3. Use tracking on your package, so there will be no doubt whether we received it or not! Returns lost in postal will be the customer's responsibility.
4. The item must be returned unharmed in original condition, and all parts must be included (cables, test lamp, tuning module).
5. Be clear in your communication: Reason for return (see return form). If it's a refund, remember to supply us with the account you want credited in case we can no longer credit in our order system.
6. If any item is damaged / scratched or similar so it can't be sold as new to another customer, the full item resale price will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Bestchip will immediately upon receipt after above routine has been followed, refund your expenses.
If you return later than 14 days without preapproval, we reserve the right to retain part of the payment.
If this routine has not been followed, the return will not be counted as proper and no refund will take place!

We strive to provide our customer as accurate information as possible. However, we reserve the right to make typing and printing errors, which may mean that we can not deliver according to information provided on our website.
Prices
All prices can be adjusted. It is normally the price stated at the time of purchase that is applicable. However, technical issues may happen and reservations are made in case the list is incorrect so that it is obvious that the prices are incorrect. Product prices usually include sales tax until you navigate to the shopping cart, at which time it's removed to give you proper receipt and confirmation, as sales tax is eventually collected by postal or customs.
Ordering
An agreement between buyer and seller is only binding when BestChip.no has received a formal order and the item has been paid for in full by the buyer. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is sold out or can not be delivered at your request. In the event of a sold-out situation, you will be notified of this.
Payment card
We accept the following payment cards: Visa and Mastercard. We can also send the goods by postal order. Real shipping, payment and handling costs will be added.
The payment information you provide when purchasing an item can not be read by BestChip.no. They are sent directly to our payment provider in encrypted form, and can only be read by them.
Risk when shipping
Only when the item is in the buyer's possession does the buyer take over responsibility for the item. Upon return, the customer bears the responsibility until it is picked up by Soerlandets Bil og import as by post. (ref point of return procedures)
Uncollected and / or cancelled shipment
In the event of uncollected or rejected delivery after it has already been sent from us, there will be a fee corresponding to our expenses for sending and returning the item. This fee varies by address and country. For informational purposes only, this fee will be about NOK 300 each way as of 01.07.2022.
Complaint
We provide the buyer a 2-year guarantee from the invoice date on manufacturing defects, material defects and defects. The right of complaint does not cover defects or damage that occurs due to scratches, wear, incorrect use or modifications made beyond the adjustments specified in the operating instructions. The invoice must be presented as a receipt when using the right of complaint. If errors or defects are discovered, the buyer must notify BestChip.no within a reasonable time.
Examination of the item
After you have received the item, you should, as soon as possible, check whether the item is in accordance with the order. If the item has been damaged during transport, or if the item otherwise has faults or defects.
Disclaimer
BestChip has no responsibility for goods and products that are accessed through outgoing links from BestChip's websites, as these are beyond BestChip's control.
BestChip is not liable for losses due to delays beyond BestChip's control,
Bestchip only provides guarantees for goods that are sold directly by BestChip. Not for damage to other things or to follow damage that occurs due to the use of our products etc.
We would also like to inform you that changing the kW / Nm and exhaust emissions could be taxable for the owner / user of the car. Bestchip.no disclaims any responsibility for additional costs that the car owner / user may incur due to the use of our equipment.
